225-464-5317Is CTi a franchise?
No. CTi Dealers operate independent businesses. There are no franchise fees or ongoing royalty payments.
Do I need decorative concrete experience?
No experience is required to begin the conversation. ProStart provides a two-day hands-on foundation, and CTi support continues after class.
Can an existing concrete or coatings contractor work with CTi?
Yes. CTi has a path for established companies that want to add products, systems, training and technical support without starting a separate business from scratch.
How much does ProStart cost?
$495 per company group for up to three attendees. The Industry Contractor ProStart fee is $295. Ask CTi about the current dealership prepayment waiver when discussing your path.
Where is ProStart held?
At the CTi Training Facility, 1014 Myrtle Street in Denham Springs, Louisiana. Choose a confirmed class date, request later options or ask CTi to recommend the best timing.
Can existing Dealers send crews or new employees?
Yes. ProStart is appropriate for existing CTi Dealers, crews and new employees who need a consistent technical foundation. Ask CTi about current retraining terms.
Does CTi only offer flake floors?
No. CTi offers decorative overlay, resurfacing, stain, metallic, flake and protective coating systems. The right choice depends on the concrete, exposure, appearance and customer use.
Where do existing Dealers access CTi tools?
The centralized MyCTIStore Dealer Portal contains Warranty, Product Calculator, SMART Path and Dealer Resources. Product ordering remains available separately through MyCTIStore.
Are territories available everywhere?
Territory availability and current program terms vary by market. A Dealer Advisor can review your location and the current options.
What happens after ProStart?
Dealers can continue with advanced education, technical guidance, field support, business-building resources and centralized Dealer tools. ProStart begins the relationship; it does not end it.
